Daily rates from (CAT 275 XE)
Three classes. One right answer for your project.
From our preferred 375 HP Weiler M860A that clears five acres a day to a CAT 275 XE that fits through a residential gate, we match the machine to the acreage, the vegetation, and the access.
Our preferred high-HP rental: 375 HP of dedicated mulching power with CAT-backed support, comfort, and serviceability in one package.
$14,000 / weekly
A nimble dedicated mulching tractor that brings real production to projects where heavy haul doesn’t pencil.
$11,000 / weekly
CAT’s most powerful compact track loader paired with an FAE forestry head, the do-it-all rental for smaller projects and tight access.
$1,750 / daily
Solar site clearing, by the thousand acres.
The array footprint: high-horsepower dedicated mulchers running 3 to 5 acres a day on open Texas ground. No haul-off, no burn permits, and a mulch mat your stormwater inspector will actually like.
The gen-tie right of way: corridor clearing to the point of interconnection, plus substation pads and access roads. Same mobilization, so if you are pricing one scope, ask about both.
Run it yourself, or let our operators eat the acreage.
Equipment rental: for qualified contractors with experienced operators and proper insurance. Weekly and monthly rates that beat hiring out on any multi-week project.
Turnkey forestry mulching: our machine, our operator, our fuel. High-HP dedicated mulching at $4,000/day + transport, or skid steer mulching at $3,000/day including transport. You point at the brush; we make it disappear.
Answer seven questions. Get the right machine.
Acreage, vegetation, access, operator experience, our interactive machine finder walks through the same questions we ask on the phone, and tells you exactly which machine fits your project and why.

We’d rather you rent the right machine than the biggest one. Start with the guides contractors reference most.

“We had a great experience with Pierce Land Clearing. Customer service was great and Dustin Dayton (heavy equipment operator) was awesome!! He was easy to work with and accommodated our requests. They are the best in the area. Highly recommend!”
“They came out when they said they would and worked long days getting about 10 acres of mesquite cleared. It looks amazing now. Dillon is a hard worker and was able to advise on and execute a great strategy for attacking the project. I am very happy with the results.”
“Good communication. Professional. Worked fast but did a thorough job. The big mulcher did a great job of clearing land, including several large trees, and left a nice clean look.”
“Contracted Pierce to clear 5 acres of land. They did quick, quality, and outstanding work removing all the requested trees and preserving the oaks. Definitely recommend!”

“Highly recommend Pierce Land Clearing! Fair price. Showed up on time and work was as promised. 4.5 acres of solid cedar, oak, mesquite etc. taken care of in less than 3 days. I won’t shop around on the next project.”
